PRODUCT PURPOSE

WHADD helps authorized businesses manage customer communication.

The product centralizes incoming conversations, opted-in contacts, approved templates, campaigns and delivery analytics. It does not use unofficial WhatsApp Web automation.

    Sign in to WHADD

    Use the business test credentials provided privately with the review submission.

    Open Settings → Business and WhatsApp

    Select the onboarding method and click “Connect with Meta”.

    Complete Meta Embedded Signup

    Select the test Business Portfolio, WhatsApp Business Account and phone number, then authorize WHADD.

    The dashboard displays the verified name, phone number, WABA ID and Phone Number ID.

    Synchronize templates and test messaging

    Open Templates, synchronize the approved test template, then receive or send the authorized test message.

Used during Embedded Signup so the user can select or create the Business Portfolio that owns the WhatsApp assets being connected.

Used only during authorized onboarding.

Manage WhatsApp business assets

Used to verify the WABA and phone number, synchronize message templates and subscribe the authorized WABA to the app webhook.

Scoped to the assets selected by the business.
whatsapp_business_messaging

Send and receive business messages

Used to receive webhook events, reply within the customer-service window and send approved templates to opted-in recipients.

No unauthorized bulk messaging.
DATA HANDLING

Business data stays separated and protected.

Tokens and technical secrets are encrypted. Users can access only their organization. WHADD records consent status and provides a public data deletion process.

Test environment

Use the Meta test assets and reviewer credentials included in the submission. Public registration may remain disabled.

Expected result

After authorization, WHADD shows the verified phone details and enables template synchronization and connection testing.
